On Wednesday, October 4, Richie showcased her expertise in styling shorts for the fall season via TikTok. The video opened with her striking a pose, placing her hand on her hips, and donning a luxurious robe. The robe, crafted from a plush burnt orange fabric adorned with black and white squares, exuded a cozy vibe. With a smile, she casually slung the belt of the robe over her shoulder, captivating the camera.
She proceeded to showcase a set of black Saint Laurent pleated shorts and a black T-shirt. The scene then shifted to Richie donning the monochromatic ensemble. She skillfully tucked the shirt into the shorts and flashed a thumbs-up to the camera.
To enhance her look, Richie augmented it with a stylish pair of Stuart Weitzman knee-high leather boots and a black coat accentuated by a white lining. The ensemble was further elevated with the addition of chunky gold hoops, a dazzling diamond cuff earring, sleek black nails, trendy dark sunglasses, and a fashionable sculpture purse from Khaite.
Richie concluded the video by sending a kiss to her followers and captioned it with, "Time to start showcasing the fall outfits!" In her post, she also tagged the designer of the boots.
This is not the only fall outfit that Richie has impressed with this season. In September, she effortlessly rocked a plaid trench coat during Milan Fashion Week. To accentuate her figure, she cinched her waist with a sleek black leather belt and injected a burst of vibrant color into the ensemble with a bright red turtleneck. Completing the look, she paired it all with Prada trousers.

Richie showcased her upcoming fashion line on Instagram, dressed in an autumn-inspired ensemble. She captivated her followers with a maxi dress, featuring a black knit top with long sleeves and a mock net attached to a pleated ivory skirt. In the video, Richie demonstrated the lightweight and flowy nature of the dress by twirling it in front of a mirror. While the release date has yet to be announced, Richie has been enthusiastically sharing details with fans. In an interview with Who What Wear, she expressed her excitement, stating that the collection perfectly embodies her personal aesthetic.
Richie also mentioned that her source of inspiration comes from watching her older sister, Nicole Richie, and her work with House of Harlow. "Watching Nicole design over the years has been truly inspiring for me. I've taken notes and gained a great deal of knowledge from her."
Much like Nicole, Sophia has no intentions of merely putting her name on products. "We want to be more than figureheads. We want to be actively passionate and engaged in everything we create."
