Hilary Duff is opening up about her expanding family with husband Matthew Koma.
"Having 4 kids is quite an adventurous decision," Duff, 36, shared on Instagram on Sunday, April 7. "Even though we juggle taking the kids to the farmers market after 4 nights of shows and late nights, allowing me to catch up on some sleep and not hear 'mom mom mama mommy mooooom', it all works out because of you ❤️."
Duff shared some photos with Koma, 36, along with the message. She also mentioned her struggle with sleeping during the day while being pregnant.
In December 2023, Duff and Koma, from How I Met Your Father, revealed that they were expecting their third child together. This will be Duff's fourth child. They currently have daughters Banks, 5, and Mae, 3. Duff is also a mother to Luca, 12, from her previous marriage to Mike Comrie.
Duff shared the family's holiday card on Instagram, revealing her baby bump with the caption "Surprise Surprise!" The back of the card showed individual pictures of their three kids, with a message that said, "Buckle up Buttercups, we're adding one more to this crazy bunch!"
After announcing their baby news, Duff expressed on her Instagram Story how her love for her husband has grown during the pregnancy. She posted a mirror selfie with Koma, saying "A few nights away from the kids does a body good. Love you so much more than in my first trimest[er]."

Duff and Koma first crossed paths in 2015 when they worked together on her album Breathe In. Breath Out., shortly after her separation from Comrie, who is 43 years old.
The couple, who got married in December 2019, appear to have a stronger bond than ever. According to a source who spoke exclusively to We in December 2023, the downtime caused by the SAG-AFTRA and WGA strikes allowed them to grow closer together.
