The October 2023 lineup of PS Plus Extra and Premium games is now accessible to subscribers, granting them access to impressive titles. Extra tier users can indulge in titles such as Gotham Knights, Alien: Isolation, and Disco Elysium, all included as part of their subscription service. On the other hand, Premium subscribers can enjoy Tekken 6 and Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny, among others. Notably, this month, PS Plus Extra members in the US have been provided with an additional game, A-Train Express, to explore.

As per TrueTrophies' report, A-Train Express is now accessible to users in the US who are subscribed to the Extra and Premium tiers of PlayStation Plus. Interestingly, Sony did not include it in the official list revealed on the PlayStation Blog. It is worth mentioning that TrueTrophies highlights the unavailability of A-Train Express for users in the UK and Europe. Fans are advised to verify its availability on the PlayStation Store in their respective regions.

A-Train Express being available only in certain regions is unusual, but it is not unheard of. In a similar incident earlier this year, PlayStation Plus subscribers in Asia were given the opportunity to play a bonus free monthly game. In February, users in Asia had access to Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris, along with Destiny 2: Beyond Light, Evil Dead: The Game, Mafia: The Definitive Edition, and OlliOlli World. This meant that players in Asia could try out a total of five games that month.

Sony has recently announced the list of games that will be leaving the PlayStation Plus catalog in November 2023, alongside the launch of the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium games for October. A total of seven games will no longer be available on PS Plus Extra and Premium, including Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams - Director's Cut, My Time at Portia, and Wild Guns: Reloaded. These games will be removed on November 21, giving players approximately a month to try them out. Overall, it appears that PS Plus Extra and Premium members will still have access to AAA games in November, especially when compared to the major titles that were recently removed from the service.
