Raquel Leviss is currently in negotiations for her discharge from a mental health facility where she has been staying, according to a exclusive source from We. The insider reveals that Raquel, who is renowned for her appearance on Vanderpump Rules, is expected to leave the facility within the next 10-15 days, although she may extend her stay if she chooses to do so.
During Leviss' tenure at the health center, the producers of Pump Rules have consistently shown their dedication to assisting Raquel with her treatment, according to the source.
Regarding Leviss' prospects on the Bravo series, the insider informs Us that no decisions have been made yet and the situation remains uncertain. Both parties are optimistic about reaching a mutually agreeable solution that allows Raquel to receive necessary treatment while still being part of the show.
Back in April, it was revealed that Leviss had voluntarily admitted herself into a mental health treatment facility following the completion of the season 10 taping of Pump Rules in late March.
Despite the news of Tom Sandoval's betrayal towards his longtime girlfriend, Ariana Madix by being involved with Leviss, the Bravo cast resumed filming in March for the show's finale and reunion. It was confirmed in the same month that Madix, 38, and Sandoval, 40, ended their nine-year relationship due to his infidelity.
"Prior to the discovery of their relationship, Raquel and her family had made the decision for her to voluntarily enter a mental health counseling facility," Leviss' representative stated in an April statement. It was emphasized that Raquel's purpose for seeking treatment was not related to substance abuse. The representative further revealed that Raquel had originally planned to admit herself before the taping of the VPR reunion on March 23, but ultimately chose to fulfill her filming commitment. Bravo and the production team were fully aware of and supportive of her journey towards improving her mental health."
During the airing of the Pump Rules reunion in May, Leviss shocked viewers by confirming that Sandoval had asked her to lie about the timeline of their relationship, which actually began in August 2022. She specifically mentioned that their second intimate moment took place at Scheana Shay and Brock Davies' wedding in August 2022. (During the same trip, Leviss also engaged in a physical encounter with Sandoval's business partner, Tom Schwartz.)
"I understand why Tom felt the need to deceive others about our actions because it reflects poorly on him to engage in a romantic encounter with someone's partner in their own home while they are away, especially during a somber event like a funeral," Leviss shared during a confessional interview that took place after the reunion discussion with the rest of the cast. "Honestly, this situation has truly crushed me. I'm exhausted from all the lying and I detest being dishonest. It's a terrible feeling." Leviss was referring to the intimate encounter that took place between her and Sandoval in September 2022, while Madix was grieving the loss of her grandmother.

Despite receiving intense backlash for her romance with Sandoval, Leviss has remained committed to bettering herself following the season 10 drama.
"Raquel, after completing the reunion filming, voluntarily entered an inpatient behavioral health and trauma facility where she remains to this day. It has been 68 days and counting since she began her treatment. This journey is helping her understand the underlying reasons behind her decisions and grow from her mistakes. The goal is to make better choices and develop into a better individual."
According to a source earlier this month, Leviss is uncertain about returning to the show due to all the drama on and off camera. However, this hesitation has not hindered production from moving forward. On Monday, June 26, Lala Kent expressed feeling anxious ahead of the start of season 11 on Wednesday, June 28.
“I’m just like, ‘Oh, we’re really in it again,’” Kent, 32, said during an Amazon livestream. “We usually have so much time to process — things change a lot — but nope.”
