According to reports, the role of Anna will be portrayed by Roberts, a seasoned actor known for their work in American Horror Story. The book upon which AHS: Delicate is based, reveals Anna's unwavering belief that she is still pregnant despite the doctor's confirmation of a miscarriage. The summary alludes to Anna's remarkable ability to sense the baby's movements within her while also facing the physical toll it takes on her body. With the novel's release date set for August 1, it remains uncertain how the TV adaptation will diverge from the original storyline.
