Helldivers 2 continues to surprise players with new features. Recently, some players have discovered unreleased stratagems, including the ability to drive a recon vehicle.
Thanks to X/Twitter user @Mr_Rebs_, we have a sneak peek of a squad of Helldivers packed into a Warthog-style car equipped with a machine gun turret. Players can take control of the turret and fire, while those in the passenger seats can lean out and shoot as well.
It's uncertain when players will have the option to consistently select this vehicle drop as a strategy, but it continues the pattern of new gear appearing unexpectedly in the game for players. Recently, another player stumbled upon a mech that they could control.
Although the sudden emergence of these new strategies may seem random, it starts to make sense when you consider that Helldivers 2 has a Game Master overseeing the overall battle dynamics. While there hasn't been any official confirmation from Arrowhead Game Studios, it's possible that the Game Master is hinting at new strategies before making them available to all players.
