EPIC Collab Alert: Fall Guys Drops Mind-Blowing Death Stranding Crossover Skin!

Mediatonic has announced that the next Fall Guys crossover skin will feature Sam Porter Bridges from Kojima Productions' Death Stranding. This collaboration with Death Stranding marks the first time Fall Guys has partnered with a big live service title, potentially paving the way for future collaborations with Kojima Productions.

Fall Guys continues to undergo regular updates to introduce new obstacle courses, features, interactive elements, and bug fixes. In their pursuit of unique cosmetic options for the playable Beans, Mediatonic has successfully teamed up with popular franchises such as Doom, Godzilla, SpongeBob SquarePants, and WWE. After teasing the unexpected Death Stranding collaboration last week, Fall Guys has now revealed the full details of this exciting crossover, along with other fresh costumes as part of the same content drop.

Confirming a previous hint, the Fall Guys Twitter account revealed that Death Stranding will be added to the live service title tomorrow. Sam Porter Bridges from Death Stranding will be featured in Fall Guys' latest seasonal Fame Pass, which is similar to a battle pass found in other live service games. Alongside Sam Bridges and his companion BB, the Fame Pass will include a "Charming Capybara," a carton of Cow Juice resembling milk, a spiked blue Bean, a cheerful alligator, and a robotic bumblebee. As with previous Fall Guys Fame Passes, these cosmetic items can be purchased with in-game currency, priced at $4.99 per 1,000.

In 2019, Kojima Productions released Death Stranding, which had not collaborated with any popular live service titles until now. Although the game was initially exclusive to PlayStation, it later became available on PC and had a crossover with Half-Life. This partnership allowed players to access various items from the Valve FPS game within Death Stranding, such as Gordon's glasses, the gravity glove, and the Strider hologram. While the Half-Life crossover introduced the idea of Death Stranding mixing with other games, the Fall Guys collaboration could potentially pave the way for cosmetic items from Fortnite, Apex Legends, or Call of Duty in the future.

It is currently unknown whether Sam Bridges will be a tier 1 reward or a progression-based reward for players, as the Death Stranding costume will be introduced to Fall Guys tomorrow. Additionally, Mediatonic frequently updates the Fall Guys shop with new items, so more crossover content may be included throughout the season. Fall Guys can be played on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
