Emily VanCamp Gives Birth to Her 2nd Baby With Husband Josh Bowman

Emily VanCamp and Josh Bowman recently welcomed their second baby, making their family a little bit bigger.

The actress, Emily VanCamp, shared a photo of their newborn baby girl's hand on Instagram with the caption, "Rio Rose 3-12-2024 Welcome to the world baby girl. We love you so much ❤️," on Sunday, April 14th.

The Marvel actress revealed her pregnancy in February with beautiful black-and-white maternity photos featuring her husband, Bowman, and their 2-year-old daughter, Iris. In the caption, she expressed her excitement and readiness to welcome their new addition.

VanCamp and Bowman first started dating when they played love interests on the TV show Revenge from 2011 to 2015. After confirming their engagement in May 2017, the couple exchanged vows in a romantic ceremony in the Bahamas in December 2018.

The demanding schedule of filming in a different city, compounded by the challenges of COVID, kept her away from loved ones for nearly a year. This experience reinforced her belief that family is where her heart truly lies.

Taking a step back from the limelight to focus on motherhood, VanCamp shared a rare glimpse into her personal life on her first Mother's Day. A heartfelt message accompanied an Instagram photo from May 2022, showing her and Iris at the beach. "You cracked this heart wide open from the moment I first held you, sweet girl," she wrote, expressing gratitude for being chosen as Iris's mother.

VanCamp and Bowman celebrated a special milestone in December 2023 as they awaited the arrival of their second child. With a series of pictures, VanCamp expressed her joy, saying, "5 years married, 12 together ❤️ What a beautiful ride it’s been." She shared her love for the life they've built, their adventures, and most importantly, their little family. VanCamp ended her message with, "Happy Anniversary my love.
