Don't be fooled - Christmas-themed outfits can be stylish too! Emily Ratajkowski recently embraced the holiday season with a festive look while out for coffee in New York City. She sported a fashionable red plaid Prada trench coat with a cozy white fur trim, complete with a sleek belt and buttons. Pairing it with black slacks and sneakers, she proved that holiday fashion can be effortlessly chic.
The 32-year-old model opted for a simple glam look with matte foundation, black eyeliner, light pink blush, and nude lipstick. She wore her hair straight and down, highlighting her bangs that swept across her forehead.
The thick, fluffy white fur at the bottom of her coat brings to mind thoughts of Mrs. Claus, but with a modern twist – as if Mrs. Claus lived in Tribeca and preferred iced coffee over hot cocoa.
Ratajkowski is no stranger to flaunting bold and fuzzy fashion pieces. Case in point: the oversized rust colored fluffy bucket hat she rocked in November. Just like she did with her fur-trimmed Prada coat, Ratajkowski let the attention-grabbing accessory stand out by pairing it with a more understated all-black ensemble. At the time, she tied the look together with a simple leather jacket, crisp black slacks and black sneakers.
In addition to her stylish ensembles, Ratajkowski has demonstrated that bold fashion pieces can also be worn in a more relaxed manner. In a recent sighting in New York City, the My Body author was seen sporting a cozy, oversized gray coat that nearly touched the ground. She paired this statement piece with black leggings and vibrant neon yellow sneakers, creating a casual and sporty look.
In a June 2022 interview with Pop Sugar, Ratajkowski revealed that she prioritizes comfort and practicality in her go-to outfit formula.

"I definitely want sneakers, and definitely a pair of leggings," she told the publication. She can't get enough of flared leggings in particular, as they make her feel a little bit cooler, albeit in a very minimal way.
During the interview, the model mentioned that mom jeans are a key part of her wardrobe. She said, "I frequently pair them with a crop top, a belt, and sneakers, making the outfit all about the jeans. And sometimes, I'll add an oversized blazer for a Princess Diana-inspired look."
