Elizabeth Hurley has denied rumors suggesting that she is the woman Prince Harry mentioned losing his virginity to in his memoir, Spare. During an episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen on April 3, a fan brought up the theory that Harry, 39, discussed his intimate experiences with an "older" woman.
Hurley found it ridiculous when someone assumed a woman was Elizabeth just because she was English, older, and in Gloucestershire. She thought it was absurd and ludicrous.
She humorously compared the situation to someone saying, “He’s great-looking. He’s American.” and then assuming it was Andy Cohen. Hurley made it clear that she has never met Harry.
The prince revealed many personal details in his 2023 book, including stories about his frostbitten “todger,” drug use, and more. He also shared about his first sexual experience, describing it as an “inglorious episode” with a woman he didn’t name.
In the book, he recalled the woman as someone who loved horses and treated him like a young stallion. After a quick encounter, she would playfully smack his backside and send him on his way. Looking back, he admitted that one of the many things wrong with the situation was that it took place in a grassy field behind a busy pub, where they could have easily been seen by others.
When the book was released, it was Harry's more scandalous stories that sparked the most conversation.
A source shared exclusively with us that there has been a lot of interest in Harry's virginity, which he finds a bit embarrassing. However, he believes that the attention will eventually fade away.
Harry reportedly lost contact with the woman after their hookup, according to an insider. The source mentioned that it wasn't because of any bad feelings or awkwardness, at least from Harry's perspective. They simply got caught up in their own lives and drifted apart, which is common at their age.
Before the official release of Spare, Hurley addressed rumors of a fling with Harry in a December 2022 interview with The Times. She denied the speculation by humorously saying, "Not me. Not guilty. Ha!"
She continued to deny the speculation when pressed further, stating firmly, "No, not me. Absolutely not."
While she may not be on friendly terms with Harry, Hurley had met his wife, Meghan Markle, long before their 2018 royal wedding. She shared exclusively with Us in October 2019, "I met her once when we were both just actresses. I think it was before she met her future husband. She was fantastic. I wish her nothing but luck."
Harry and Meghan, 42, stepped down from their senior roles as working royals in 2020 and moved to California, where they’re raising son Archie, 4, and daughter Lili, 2.
