How To Get The Sewer-Gaol Key
After gaining access to Dung Eater, players must complete one final task to advance his questline and obtain the Sewer-Gaol Key. Located in Roundtable Hold, Dung Eater can be accessed by unlocking a new door in the hallway near the Library. Within this room, the Red Spirit sits in a cross-legged position. However, players will only receive results from interacting with him if they possess an item known as the Seedbed Curse in their inventory.

To find a Seedbed Curse, players should make their way to the Leyndell, Royal Capital, which becomes accessible after unlocking the East Capital Rampart. Upon exiting the doorway to the left, they will encounter a formidable fire-breathing enemy. By leaping down to the right and entering a nearby doorway, they will find themselves on a lift that descends a short distance. Once at the bottom, players can enter a grand, golden-domed building in front of them and ascend the ladder on the right. Reaching the top, they can take the winding stairway to the highest floor. It is there that they will discover the Seedbed Curse, resting on a corpse seated in a chair.
Taking this Seedbed Curse back to Dung Eater will cause him to open up a new dialogue option, in which he will give players the Sewer-Gaol Key.

From there, players should descend the nearby stairs, pass through the door, and make a left turn to follow the edge of the balcony. Subsequently, they can leap down into the courtyard below and proceed northwards to locate a well nestled in a small alcove. Once players reach the bottom of the well, they should proceed through the first door on the left and continue along the path until they arrive at the Subterranean Shunning Grounds. Descending the stairs, passing by the rats, and going through the door, players should then take a left turn to find a ladder leading downwards. After descending from the ladder, players can enter the first door on the left to discover another Site of Grace. Continuing ahead from the ladder and bypassing a formidable enemy, players will notice grates on the floor, one of which is missing. They should jump down into this opening and navigate North West through the tunnel, while avoiding or confronting the rats and massive plants present in the area.
Ascending the ladder at the end of this path will lead players to a fresh expanse, opening up exciting new possibilities. Taking an immediate right turn will bring them face to face with a sturdy barred door, which can be conveniently unlocked using the Sewer-Goal Key.
