Fortunately, Raya Lucaria Soldiers can be found in the Liurnia region, while Godrick Soldiers are more common in the central and western parts of Limgrave. You can keep farming these soldiers as you progress in the game or try some specific locations to speed up the process.

If you are still in Limgrave, head west on one of the main roads towards the Gatefront Site of Grace. There are plenty of Godrick Soldiers in this area for you to defeat. You can defeat them, rest at the Site of Grace, and then repeat the process to increase your chances of obtaining the Brass Shield.

When it comes to Raya Lucaria Soldiers, you'll encounter many of them patrolling the walls of Raya Lucaria Academy. Focus on attacking the enemies carrying the shield you're looking for, as this will increase your chances of success compared to fighting Godrick Soldiers.
