Episode 22 of Dr. Stone season 3 continued from where episode 21 left off, focusing on the efforts to bring Tsukasa back to life. The "Dr. Stone" set had been reserved specifically for Tsukasa, as the petrification device had run out of power and was not going to be forcibly opened since it was not designed for wide-scale use.

They had to cryogenically freeze Tsukasa Shishio and then use the Dr. Stone device to petrify him and bring him out to heal a near-fatal wound. They only needed one second of petrification and revival fluid to bring Tsukasa out of cryosleep, much to Mirai and Minami's delight.

Ginro then mocks Tsukasa about battling his bodyguard, Matsukaze. Tsukasa effortlessly defeats him but, to everyone's surprise, acknowledges Matsukaze as being just as skilled a warrior as he is. He even admits that reviving Gen Asagiri wasn't a mistake and that he values having him around.

In Dr. Stone season 3 episode 22, a lighthearted moment turns heartwarming as Ryusui and Minami have a conversation at night. Ryusui playfully offers a reward of 100,000 drago to the first person who spots land, but is then jokingly pushed out of the tent by Minami. Later, Ryusui expresses his affection for everyone, including Tsukasa, and emphasizes the importance of pooling their strengths. He admits that while he may be greedy, he understands that money can be used positively to fulfill desires, rather than just to control people.

A spaceship's road map

Throughout all the comedic moments, there is a powerful message about humanity's ability to join forces and work towards a shared goal of survival, ultimately transitioning from a struggle to survive in a new world to venturing into space. This perfectly reinforces the central themes of Dr. Stone.

In the 23rd episode of Dr. Stone season 2, the roadmap for the spaceship is revealed, depicted as a massive globe with detailed information on everything they would need and where to locate it. Senku remarks that the current crew on the Perseus is insufficient, considering the plan to awaken people and establish new cities, all of which are labeled on the map. The team will have to visit each city and reconstruct them before they can embark on their journey.

The logistics of this operation are a major concern, especially since Gen brings up Dunbar's number and the challenge of maintaining social order with a group of 150 people. Tsukasa, however, exudes a menacing confidence due to his power. They realize they will need a considerable amount of alcohol to produce enough revival fluid, ruling out potato or grape wine.

Their first destination is Corn City, also known as the Americas, where they plan to produce alcohol and grilled corn to revive and feed people. This plan also recalls the time when Senku, Chrome, and Gen used Lillian Weinberg's glass record to deceive Tsukasa's army. The Perseus begins its world tour, with a flashback to a young Senku expressing his determination to go to the moon immediately.
