As a fan of the original Deck the Halls movie, I was excited to hear the rumors about a potential sequel. I loved the chemistry between Matthew Broderick and Danny DeVito in the first film, and I thought the premise of two neighbors competing to have the best Christmas decorations was hilarious. I was also curious to see how the story would continue, as the first movie ended with Steve and Buddy becoming friends.
However, I was disappointed to learn that the rumors about Deck the Halls 2 are false. I think it's a shame that we won't get to see a sequel to this beloved Christmas movie. I understand that the original film was not a commercial success, but I think it has gained a cult following in the years since its release.
