Deadpool 3: Intriguing Moon Knight & Captain America Connections Revealed

The upcoming Deadpool 3 is rumored to have references to Marvel Cinematic Universe icons, Captain America and Moon Knight. This installment is the first in the series to be set in the MCU and will also connect to the X-Men franchise. Notably, Hugh Jackman will make a return as Wolverine, marking his first time reprising the role since 2017's Logan.

The third Deadpool movie includes connections to other non-MCU films, with Jennifer Garner set to return as Elektra Natchios. The newly released spoiler photos for Deadpool 3 also feature what appears to be the cupcake truck from the Disney+ series Moon Knight. A very similar vehicle was prominently displayed in the premiere episode of Moon Knight, titled "The Goldfish Problem." While it is too early to confirm any connection between the two cupcake trucks, it does seem quite plausible.

Other leaked images from the set of Deadpool 3 provide more concrete evidence. Particularly, photos depicting a fight scene in the movie confirm the presence of classic X-Men villains Sabretooth and Toad.

More Deadpool 3 spoilers are also shown in the images. They include shots of Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool carrying around Sabretooth’s severed head, revealing the baddie’s grisly fate in the movie.
