My Hero Academia Chapter 407 Recap
The chapter starts by introducing a world without quirks. A pregnant woman is discovered to have a peculiar illness, which she doesn't realize until eight months, when the twins inside her drain all her energy. Eventually, she gives birth to the children by the riverside and tragically passes away. As rats appear to feed on the babies and their mother's remains, the river's current carries them away.
Years later, the elder child began manifesting genetic Meta Abilities in his body, leading researchers to uncover the hereditary nature of these powers. Soon after, a group of masked men arrived with a plan to thwart the emergence of individuals with Meta abilities. However, before they could apprehend the young boy before them, they were swiftly subdued and eliminated by him. Unbeknownst to them, the young boy was none other than All For One.
Following this event, AFO made the decision to eliminate anyone who did not serve his interests. This gripping chapter also introduced AFO's younger brother, who contrasted sharply with him in both appearance and strength.

The last chapter left off on a major cliffhanger, with All For One revealing his true intentions. I'm excited to see how the battle between him and Bakugou plays out.
I'm also interested in learning more about All For One's backstory. We got a glimpse of his childhood in the last chapter, and it was clear that he had a difficult upbringing. I'm curious to see how his experiences shaped him into the villain he is today.
Overall, I'm very excited for the release of My Hero Academia Chapter 408. I think it's going to be a great chapter, and I can't wait to see what happens next.
