She shared, "Recently, I have been enjoying cheese and nuts, even though they are high in fat. If I didn't include corn tortillas, nuts, and cheese in my diet, I wouldn't be able to stick to it. I have managed to modify my eating habits to fulfill my cravings in a practical manner, and it has worked like a charm. Hopefully, this will motivate someone."
