Brittany Cartwright, former Vanderpump Rules star, is sharing cryptic messages about her relationship with husband Jax Taylor.

On Friday, March 1, the 35-year-old posted an anonymous quote on her Instagram Story. The quote was originally shared by the account @undefeated.moms.

The quote on a simple, blush-colored background says, "If a woman can create life, she can also create the life she desires."

Cartwright has not elaborated on the significance of sharing this mysterious message, which follows her recent marital difficulties with Taylor, 44.

"I believe it's important to touch on some rumors, but I want to be mindful of respecting people's privacy," she mentioned on their podcast "When Reality Hits." Marriage can be challenging, with its ups and downs being a normal part of relationships. It's okay for couples to need space at times."

Cartwright shared on a podcast episode that she has moved to a different house as she and Taylor are currently spending some time apart.

"Marriages can be tough, and I had a challenging year," she shared on Thursday, February 29th. "Jax and I are currently spending some time apart, and I chose to move into a different home to give myself some space for my mental well-being. I don't want to go into too much detail at the moment because it's still difficult for me to talk about."

Later, Taylor mentioned that Cartwright has now returned to their home together.

"We're currently living together in our home," he mentioned to Page Six last Thursday. He also shared that their relationship is feeling "fresh and new," with no ill intentions or negativity involved. As they reach a milestone of 10 years in their marriage, they are taking some time apart to reevaluate their situation, especially since they have a child together and want to make decisions that are best for their kid.

Cartwright and Taylor have been a couple since 2015 and tied the knot in June 2019. They welcomed their son, Cruz, almost two years ago. With the arrival of Cruz, who is now 2 years old, they have been working on keeping the spark alive in their relationship.

"When you first become a parent, it may feel like your whole world revolves around your child. This can sometimes lead to neglecting your relationship," Cartwright shared exclusively with We in June 2023.
