As part of Call of Duty's 50-year celebration of the hip hop genre, Nicki Minaj, one of the three legendary hip hop figures, is now making her debut in the game. ModernWarzone recently shared on Twitter that the Queen of Rap will be joining Call of Duty on August 24 for Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone. In the latest in-game image, which was first revealed during Season 5, Minaj can be seen dressed entirely in pink, with a matching pink assault rifle.

Having just collaborated on the successful Barbie movie, contributing to its impressive soundtrack, the hip hop star is now bringing her unique style to the game. The pink weapon she holds is adorned with a stylized letter "B," resembling the iconic Barbie logo, although its meaning remains a mystery. While Barbie is an integral part of Minaj's brand and identity, it is unlikely that Call of Duty would collaborate with two separate entities for a single operator.

The contents of Minaj's bundle remain unknown, but it is reasonable to expect that it will be similar to Snoop Dogg's Return of the Shizzle bundle. This would include the main skin, an alternate skin, three weapon blueprints, a finishing move, and various smaller items. Adding to the celebration of hip-hop in Call of Duty's 50-year anniversary, popular rapper 21 Savage is also expected to release their bundle during the mid-season Reload, which is anticipated to arrive in the coming weeks.
