Newcastle have finalized the loan signing of Lewis Hall from Chelsea, which includes an obligation to purchase him in a deal valued at £35m.
Upon the conclusion of the season-long loan, the club will make a payment of £28m to Chelsea, with an additional £7m possible in add-ons.
Hall, a lifelong supporter of Newcastle, expressed his immense pride. Both him and his family have always been devoted fans of the club, and from a young age, they instilled in him and his brother a strong allegiance to Newcastle. As a significant institution, he is eagerly looking forward to commencing his journey here.
"In the past year, I had the opportunity to gain valuable experience in some important matches. It was truly gratifying to witness my growth as both a player and an individual. Now, being a part of Newcastle, the team I have cherished since my childhood, I feel privileged and filled with pride to don this shirt."
The team's performance last season, both in terms of results and the quality of their play, was truly remarkable. With a multitude of skilled players and the addition of the Champions League, the team is determined to excel in various competitions and, ideally, secure a couple of trophies.

The deferred payment allows Newcastle to comply with FFP restrictions this summer. Howe said last week that they would have to be creative to sign another player.
The Blues recently reached an agreement in principle with the 18-year-old for a new long-term contract. Hall, who has represented England at the U21 level, made his Premier League debut for Chelsea last season and went on to make nine appearances in the top flight.
Newcastle United's head coach, Eddie Howe, expressed his delight in welcoming Lewis to the team. He stated that they have been closely monitoring the player, as have other clubs, and it is satisfying to be able to secure a player of his caliber, versatility, and tremendous potential for their squad.
I extend my gratitude to all those who have tirelessly worked to recruit the players we currently have.
The transfer window demands a significant amount of time, effort, and resources. However, I am grateful for the strong unity and support that exists at every level within our organization.
Have Newcastle moved on from Tierney? | Arteta: He's part of our plans

Kieran Tierney has attracted interest from Newcastle
Last week, We News announced that Newcastle is still interested in acquiring Kieran Tierney, the full-back from Arsenal. In the recent season opener against Nottingham Forest, the 26-year-old was excluded from the matchday squad.
Adding to the complications is the recent injury of Jurrien Timber, one of Arsenal's new signings, who is expected to be out for a significant period due to an anterior cruciate ligament injury sustained in the 2-1 victory against Forest. Nonetheless, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta subtly suggested during his press conference before the Monday Night Football match against Crystal Palace that the Scotland international remains a valuable asset in his future plans.
"He played the [Community Shield] final, no? A player that plays five days before in the final is part of the plans, for sure.
"I hope so [he is disappointed to be left out of league squad]."

Trevoh Chalobah has a hamstring problem
Trevoh Chalobah is expected to be out for a few more weeks with a hamstring problem.
Chelsea's centre-back was forced to leave the field during a pre-season match against Fulham in the USA. After a complete evaluation, it has been determined that Chalobah's injury is not significant. It is anticipated that he will recover completely before the transfer window closes, potentially paving the way for a move in late August.
Chalobah's future has been uncertain this summer, with huge competition for places in Mauricio Pochettino's plans.
The club have two left-footed centre-backs in Benoit Badiashile and Levi Colwill.
Chalobah is receiving interest from other clubs, and there is a possibility that Chelsea may consider offers in the remaining weeks of the transfer window. According to reports from Sky in Italy, he is among the names being considered by Inter Milan, along with several other centre-backs from the Premier League.
