Brandi Glanville, 51, shared that she has been dealing with a lot of health issues in the past year. She credits LeAnn Rimes for being a major part of her ongoing self-care journey. According to Glanville, Rimes suggested that she needed a breath coach. This advice was given to her a long time ago, but it recently resonated with her during her health struggles.

After receiving advice from LeAnn Rimes, who is married to Glanville's ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian, Glanville decided to take action. She got a book on breathing and found a coach who has been incredibly helpful to her. In fact, she jokingly mentioned that the coach has been more helpful than Xanax.

Thanks to her coach, Glanville has learned how to talk herself out of a panic attack. As a result, she feels more in control and empowered to manage her anxiety.

"I’m still focusing on cosmetic treatments, but I’m also working on improving my overall health. I’ve been eating better, practicing deep breathing, and even incorporating exercise into my routine," Glanville shared. She mentioned that she recently received Botox at BHRC as part of her self-care journey.

Glanville’s commitment to her health comes after a scary incident last year when she collapsed at home and had to be hospitalized. She acknowledged that she is just beginning this journey, but she is proud of the progress she has made. "I can do things now that I couldn’t do five years ago," she reflected.

"I was being careless with my health, taking things for granted," she admitted, acknowledging that there's still a battle ahead.

Looking back on the past year, Glanville mentioned that she's still trying to recover from her health struggles and the drama from the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip season 5. (Caroline Manzo filed a lawsuit against Bravo earlier this year, alleging a troubling incident during filming in Morocco. Glanville has refuted these claims.)

"I'm still kicking," she said to Us during the event introducing the new med-spa location known for its innovative services in beauty, health, and wellness. "I'm hanging in there."

Through her recent health journey, Glanville has come to understand the significance of self-care, particularly in managing her ongoing battles with anxiety.

These days, things have changed a bit. In the past, I used to treat myself to a facial or a mani-pedi. However, now I find myself focusing more on meditation and improving my breathing techniques. It's funny how I have become like the people I used to tease.

I have to admit, it may sound a bit hippie-like. But, I have truly found peace and balance by centering myself and working on my inner self. This has become my top priority.
