Brad Pitt is feeling fantastic about entering a new age group as he celebrates his 60th birthday, according to an exclusive source. "He is in a happy relationship, has a loving connection with most of his children, and is in a positive space," the insider shares.
Brad, who recently turned 60, has multiple celebrations planned for his milestone birthday, including outings with girlfriend Ines de Ramon and get-togethers with a few of his children. Additionally, there is a small gathering scheduled for close friends this week to commemorate the occasion in a more adult manner. According to a source, Brad's only wish for his birthday is for his kids and himself to be happy.
Since his divorce from Angelina Jolie in 2016, Pitt has faced numerous challenges, including a custody battle over their six children and a legal dispute over their estate, Château Miraval. In April 2019, they were declared legally single, but have continued to struggle with these issues. In February 2022, Pitt sued Jolie, alleging that she unlawfully sold her shares of the French winery to harm him.

In a complaint filed in October 2022, Jolie accused Pitt of insisting she sign a nondisclosure agreement in order to buy her out, which would have barred her from discussing his alleged physical and emotional abuse of her and their children. She also claimed that Pitt was physically and emotionally abusive during a flight from France to California in September 2016, leading to an investigation for child abuse that ultimately found him innocent in November of that year.
"From day one, Brad has taken full responsibility for everything he owns, unlike the other party. However, he will not take ownership of anything he did not do," stated Pitt’s lawyer Anne Kiley to Us in October 2022. "He has endured every kind of personal attack and misrepresentation."

Amid Pitt's ongoing legal battle with Jolie, he has found happiness with de Ramon, whom he started dating in November 2022. "Brad and Ines' relationship is flourishing. They are deeply in love," a source exclusively revealed to Us last month. The insider also mentioned that while the couple is not rushing into marriage, their relationship seems to be enduring.
