Bo-Katan Secures the Throne with New 'The Mandalorian' Season 3 Funko Pops

What Happened in ‘The Mandalorian’ Season 3

Star Wars continues to reign as Funko's top franchise, captivating collectors' homes since 2010 when Pops! first seized the scene. With every new release, these figures continuously improve in both intricate design and heartfelt dedication.

While Season 3 had its moments and fair share of epic battles, it was ultimately the series’ weakest. The first two seasons focused on a Western-inspired gunslinger story, taking the audience from point A to point B. Season 3, however, was an unfocused mess more concerned with setting up future threats than justifying its own existence. The main plot revolved around Mando, Bo-Katan, and the remaining Mandalorians reclaiming Mandalore from Moff Gideon. This plotline alone could have carried the entire season, but unfortunately, there was a lack of urgency given the dire situation. Nonetheless, with Mandalore now recaptured and Mando officially taking Grogu under his wing, Season 4 holds unlimited possibilities.

As a hard fan of The Mandalorian, I am thrilled to see the release of the new Season 3 Funko Pops. The collection includes some of the most memorable moments from the show, and I can't wait to add them to my collection.

The Deluxe figures are especially notable, as they capture the best shots and moments from the latest season. I'm particularly excited about the Bo-Katan Kryze on the Throne figure, as it perfectly captures her triumphant moment after claiming the throne.
