Bernardo Silva has committed his future to Manchester City by signing a contract extension until 2026. Since his arrival from Monaco in 2017, Silva has achieved remarkable success, securing five Premier League titles, two FA Cups, four League Cups, and even the prestigious Champions League during his six-year tenure at the Etihad.
The treble winners have extended Silva's contract for an additional year. The Portuguese attacking midfielder has chosen to remain at City, stating that it allows him to continue winning.

Silva expressed his joy at extending his time at Manchester City, having enjoyed six amazing years at the club. He had been drawing interest from Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain during the summer.
"Being a part of a squad that has such a strong desire and passion is truly exhilarating, especially after achieving the remarkable feat of winning the treble last season.
"I deeply admire the manager, my fellow teammates, and the fans, and I am optimistic that we can create even more unforgettable moments in the years to come."
Director of football Txiki Begiristain believes that Silva, who is now at City, has transformed into one of the world's top players. He is confident that the 29-year-old will play a crucial role in the club's future success.

PSG are convinced that they came remarkably close to securing the signature of Bernardo Silva from Manchester City during this summer transfer window. Despite being one of PSG's primary targets, they eventually acknowledged in the beginning of this month that City had no intentions of selling the player.
PSG sporting director Luis Campos knows Silva well and they worked together at Monaco.
On Saturday, Pep Guardiola said it was his "dream" to see Silva and Kyle Walker sign new City contracts.
