Sharing a TikTok video on Wednesday, August 9, the 26-year-old supermodel wrote, "First day back on set in 5 months!" The video showcases Hadid dancing energetically in a makeup chair, singing along to the song "Sprinter" by Dave and Central Cee. Recently, Hadid opened up about the impact of her health battles on her life. She took to Instagram on Sunday, August 6, sharing photos from her rigorous 100-day treatment for Lyme disease. In her heartfelt post, she expressed gratitude towards her mother, Yolanda Hadid, for her unwavering support, belief, and commitment to her wellbeing. It is evident that the struggles she has faced have strengthened her resilience and determination.

Bella disclosed her overwhelming burden of working and striving to make her family proud, all the while grappling with an illness that was progressively deteriorating.

"It has had an indescribable impact on me," Bella confided. "To experience such profound sadness and sickness, despite being surrounded by abundant blessings, privileges, opportunities, and love, has been incredibly bewildering."

Bella went on to assert, however, that she is doing “OK” and fans “don’t have to worry.” 

“I wouldn't trade this for anything,” Bella expressed, emphasizing her gratitude. "If I had to relive every moment, overcome every challenge, just to be here, surrounded by all of you and finally in good health, I would willingly go through it all again. It has shaped me into the person I am today."

In 2012, when Bella was 16 years old, she first discovered that she had Lyme disease. This revelation came shortly after her mother, Yolanda, who is now 59 years old, received her own diagnosis. Yolanda's battle with the illness was documented during her time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Yolanda confirmed at the Global Lyme Alliance Gala in October 2015 that both Bella and Anwar, her children with ex-husband Mohamed Hadid, also battle with the tick-borne illness.
