Tristan Thompson is facing accusations of neglecting his eldest son, Prince, in a strongly worded message shared by Jordan Craig's sister. Kai Craig took to Instagram on Thursday, October 5, expressing her frustration. She stated that she had refrained from speaking up for over 7 years out of respect for her sister's privacy, but felt compelled to address the issue now. Kai criticized Tristan for prioritizing others and neglecting his parental responsibilities towards Prince.
Kai’s comments come as another response following Khloé Kardashian and Kim Kardashian expressing their admiration for Thompson, 32, in the most recent episode of The Kardashians.
“In saying this, I understand that there will be disapproval and criticism towards us, and some negative opinions about Khloe,” stated Kim, 42, during the episode aired on Thursday. “It’s truly astonishing because he (Thompson) is an exceptional friend and an exceptional father, but he struggled with remaining loyal in his relationships.”
Kim expressed her admiration for Thompson, praising his recent transformation into a "wonderful person and supportive friend." She commended his dedication to her four children: North, aged 10, Saint, aged 7, Chicago, aged 5, and Psalm, aged 4. Kim emphasized Thompson's unprecedented involvement in their lives, recounting how he helped her with school runs and attended numerous basketball games, all while she faced the challenges of single parenting. It's worth noting that Kim shares custody of her children with her ex-husband Kanye West, from whom she separated in 2021.

Kai took issue with Kim’s remarks, claiming that Thompson hasn’t put in the same effort with his son Prince, 6.
Kai alleged that Thompson can easily take other children to school and activities in the same city but fails to communicate or spend time with his own son, unless it's for a party or planned photo opportunity. This behavior is both appealing and inexcusable. According to Kai, Thompson completely ignores Prince and is unaware of his school location. Additionally, Kai stated that Thompson hasn't paid child support to Jordan or Prince's school fees for a significant period of time.
Kai concluded that being there for your son is not solely about financial support, but also about investing time. "Tristan, being a good father means being there for ALL of your children," he emphasized.
There has been no public response from Thompson regarding these allegations. We have attempted to contact him for comment.

Thompson and Jordan separated before their child's birth in 2016, and Thompson began a new relationship with Khloé. They welcomed their first child, True, in April 2018. Khloé and Thompson had an on-again, off-again relationship until late 2021, when it was revealed that Thompson had fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. Their son, Theo, was born in December 2021, just a month after Khloé and Thompson underwent an embryo transfer with a surrogate for their second child. Their son, Tatum, arrived in July 2022. Despite Khloé not knowing about Nichols' pregnancy during the surrogacy process, they have remained committed to co-parenting True, who is now 5 years old, and Tatum, who is 14 months old. In a tragic twist, Thompson's youngest brother Amari, for whom he now has custody after their mother Andrea passed away in January, has also moved in with Khloé.
"Tristan is currently renovating and constructing his house. Despite the unpredictable weather in California, particularly heavy rain, his roof gave in, leading to flooding in his home," Khloé disclosed in the final episode of The Kardashians' third season, which aired in July. "As a result, Tristan and Amari have temporarily moved into my house until his home is repaired."
She further expressed, "It seems that God has a plan and does not want him to face this situation alone. And why should he? I strongly believe that this is what family does. In times of adversity, your family is the unwavering support you have. Tristan and I are family, and we will continue to be there for each other throughout our lives."
