Chris Conran, from Bachelor Nation, and Alana Milne are now engaged after being together for over two years.
Conran, 31, shared on Instagram on Sunday, March 24, that he proposed to Milne, calling her his dream girl. The photos show Conran kneeling by the waterfront, with a romantic scene of candles and rose petals surrounding them.
Conran and Milne were the focus of intense drama during season 7 of Bachelor in Paradise. Conran had been eliminated in week 1 of Tayshia Adams and Clare Crawley's season of The Bachelorette and made his debut on the beach in episode 4.
The landscape design salesman had already met the former expat and Jessenia Cruz before filming began in June 2021. Despite Conran and Cruz forming a quick connection, Milne's unexpected arrival in episode 7 caused some trouble in their relationship.
Cruz didn't hide her emotions about the new woman entering the scene, expressing, "I'm not thrilled that Alana is here. She seems to have a thing for Chris as well. She was quite forward with him in San Diego, which I wasn't too happy about."

Conran openly kissed Milne in front of Cruz, causing many of their costars to criticize his behavior as disgraceful. Some contestants confronted Conran about his actions, prompting him to leave the show. Milne also decided to leave the same night.
Off camera, the couple continued to date. They confirmed their relationship after the season 7 finale in October 2021. Milne shared a picture of her and Conran kissing on Instagram Stories, with the caption, "Paradise is wherever I'm with you." A few days later, she posted a cute picture of them cozying up at a restaurant, writing, "Love you a brunch."
Conran shared on his Instagram in November 2021 that he and Milne had moved in together. He mentioned being busy chasing clout and not having time to post regularly. Despite still not liking taking photos, he expressed happiness about living with his girlfriend and mentioned some friendly kitchen competition between them. Life is good, and loving her is even better ❤️.
Bachelor Nation Couples Who Are Still Going Strong
The Canada native moved in with Conran in Salt Lake City, Utah, which is the former season 16 Bachelorette contestant’s hometown. The couple also went on a vacation together to Thailand in March.
Three months later, the couple celebrated their first anniversary together in July. Milne shared a series of photos on her Instagram of the lovebirds enjoying a romantic getaway, including some intimate pictures of the couple celebrating in their hotel. Milne captioned her post with, “1 year of love 🫶 happy anniversary @chrisconran. Thank you for making today and every day so special.”
Conran celebrated his one-year anniversary with a heartfelt Instagram post, thanking his partner for putting up with him. He expressed his appreciation, saying, "You make every single moment amazing."
He then raised a toast to his longest relationship to date, expressing his love for @alanaamilne. Cheers to many more years together!
