In a recent episode of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2, a 19-year-old animator crafted an epic fight that has left fans thrilled. As the Shibuya arc nears its end, the intensity of the season has reached new heights. Aoi Todo's unexpected arrival in Shibuya provided much-needed motivation for Yuji, making the episode both bittersweet and thrilling for fans.
The episode features a key animator, 19-year-old Kouichi Akahiro, who created the epic sequence where Todo powers up and prepares for a Black Flash against Mahito. Yuji exclaimed that Mr. Akahiro, a 19-year-old animator, possessed the ability to create hyper-like animations. He noted that all the creators involved in Jujutsu were remarkably young and incredibly talented, which was highly inspiring. Yuji expressed his excitement for the future of everyone involved in the project.

In addition, the director also included a note in Japanese from the young animator. Twitter user Soukatsu_ provided an English translation, which stated: "My favorite actress is Emma Stone. I am extremely grateful to my colleagues at MAPPA who came to my house when I fell ill, and to Aoi and Itadori, with whom I have experienced many challenges and triumphs. This is a small sample, but it represents the result of our hard work, dedication, and camaraderie, so please enjoy. "Thank you to everyone for your effort on Episode 44. It's amazing to have a hero who can lift everyone's spirits simply by appearing, isn't it? Tokuno-san's storyboard directing, outstanding and uplifting scenes, composition, and frame processing were truly exceptional.
My gratitude also goes to animation director Yamazaki-san for elevating the characters with his artistic ability. The voice actors and sound direction team delivered outstanding performances, and the art and photography team's improvised touches never failed to make me laugh.
The young animator also expressed his appreciation for the freedom and fun he had while collaborating with his colleagues at MAPPA. "I was given a lot of creative freedom and had a great time expanding on certain parts of the storyboards with Honehone-san and the others, particularly when it came to depicting the close-up kissy face and Todo's replica," he said.
It's disappointing that so few of my cuts made it to the key animation stage, but I hope the scene brings joy and energy to MAPPA, the team, and the viewers! I have immense respect for Matsumoto-san, the producer who worked tirelessly until the very end.
I have a lot to reflect on, including my drawing skills and movement composition. However, everyone who joined the team at the same time as me worked hard on other parts of this episode, making it one of my favorites. Apologies for the lengthy note... I'll be cheering on everyone for the last three episodes!

As a Gen Z fan of Jujutsu Kaisen, I am blown away by the incredible animation and storytelling in Season 2. The fight scenes are particularly impressive, and I was thrilled to learn that a talented 19-year-old animator, Kouichi Akahiro, created one of the most jaw-dropping sequences.
