He currently holds the record for the most individual subscribers, with an impressive total of 205 million as of October 2023. MrBeast's remarkable ascent has not been immune to this phenomenon, with both minor and major controversies inevitably surfacing along the way.
Rosanna Pansino Accuses MrBeast of Foul Play in Creator Games 3
On October 27, the latest controversy surrounding MrBeast arose when Rosanna Pansino, a fellow YouTuber, took to social media to express her grievances. In her statement, she accused MrBeast of editing her out of the top three rankings in his video titled "Extreme $1,000,000 Hide and Seek," which was part of Creator Games 3 held at SoFi Stadium. Pansino claimed that MrBeast altered the video to misrepresent the top three finishers, deliberately excluding her even though she believed she had secured third place. According to Rosanna, the video falsely portrayed Larray, Logan Paul, and Zach King as the top contenders, while she insisted that the actual top three were Zach, Quackity, and herself.
She shared that during filming, they all used earpieces connected to walkie-talkies. She thought she had outlasted Logan Paul when he was found, but eventually ended up in third place. However, the YouTube video released by MrBeast showed a different outcome, which she felt misrepresented the actual events. Pansino expressed pride in her performance and following the game's rules, but was disappointed to be edited out of the top three.
While MrBeast, who has been breaking viewership records on YouTube, has not yet responded to these claims, online reactions have been mixed. Some individuals have shown support for Pansino, commending her for speaking up, while others feel that the dispute over rankings may not heavily impact the final result, especially since she did not secure first place. Therefore, it is seen as a minor issue by some.
