The Last of Us Part 2 player recently shared a hilarious video of Abby expressing her frustrations towards an unsuspecting item. Despite the bleak setting of The Last of Us series, Naughty Dog manages to inject humor into their games. While some of these moments are scripted, others are created through the game's interactive features, further adding to the lightheartedness of the game.
During one of the mid-game chapters in The Last of Us Part 2, players can stumble upon a delightful Easter egg - a walrus snow globe. When Abby interacts with it, she picks it up and shakes it, mimicking the player's movements through the controller. The animation can get quite intense, and in one gameplay clip shared on Reddit, Abby seems to vent her frustrations on the poor walrus in a hilarious fashion.
Despite providing some much-needed levity to Abby's emotional journey, many fans seem to have missed this interaction during their playthroughs. However, those who wish to experience it for themselves can head back to the Return to the Aquarium chapter at the end of the Seattle Day 2 act, played from Abby's perspective.
Upon reaching the bottom of a stairwell shaped like an octopus and navigating through some debris, players will emerge in a dilapidated room featuring a colossal toy chest. Positioned on the far left of the area, opposite the gap entrance, is the walrus snow globe resting on a bench.
It remains to be seen whether Naughty Dog's highly anticipated multiplayer game, The Last of Us, will follow suit and incorporate moments of levity into its otherwise grim world. Though little is known about the title, fans are eagerly anticipating its unveiling at the upcoming PlayStation Showcase on May 24. If it does indeed make an appearance, The Last of Us multiplayer game could be on the horizon sooner than expected.
