Guy Pearce
Guy Pearce excelled as the lead in Christopher Nolan’s early career triumph Memento. As a non-linear story that explored memory and truth, Memento was a psychological thriller that showcased Nolan as a director of distinctive talent, and it was a shame the two did not continue working together after the film that helped establish them in Hollywood.

Al Pacino
Insomnia was a riveting psychological drama that paired Christopher Nolan with one of the greatest actors who ever lived, Al Pacino. An often-underrated film for both of them, Pacino and Nolan worked well together, and it would be fantastic to see them work together again.

Hugh Jackman
Hugh Jackman was insanely watchable in the illusion story full of twists and turns that was Christopher Nolan’s The Prestige. As one of Jackman’s best roles, The Prestige cemented Jackman as a serious actor outside his iconic portrayal of Wolverine in the X-Men franchise and as a performer willing to tap into complex and psychologically rich roles.

Scarlett Johansson
Christopher Nolan stated that he was 'very keen' for Scarlett Johansson to take the role of Olvia Wenscombe in The Prestige and that it worked out well because 'she just loved the character.' With one successful collaboration under their belt, it would make sense for Nolan and Johansson to team up once again for his next film, preferably in a leading role this time. Nolan has yet to make a film with a female protagonist and if he decides to go this route for his next movie, then Johansson has already showcased the range to make it work.

Andy Serkis
As an actor known for playing computer-generated characters, Andy Serkis stepped outside this area for his live-action role as Nikola Tesla’s assistant, Mr. Alley in The Prestige. This was a small but important role that set up the sinister illusions seen in The Prestige, and it would be great to see Serkis team up with Nolan again for his next film.

Leonardo DiCaprio
Leonardo DiCaprio and Christopher Nolan together felt like a no-brainer when Inception was released. As one of the most acclaimed films ever made whose ending is still theorized about more than a decade later, to see Nolan and DiCaprio reunite for another movie would feel like a major cinematic event.

Matthew McConaughey
Having just come off the back of his Academy Award-winning performance in Dallas Buyers Club, Matthew McConaughey demonstrated himself as one of today’s most exciting contemporary actors with his performance in Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar. The sensibilities of McConaughey and Nolan worked well together and to see them collaborate once again on Nolan’s next film would surely make for an insightful, intelligent, and intense experience.

Harry Styles
Former One Direction star Harry Styles made his acting debut in Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk where he proved he just might have what it takes to have a successful and interesting career in Hollywood. Having since joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe with a short appearance in Eternals, starred in the controversial film Don’t Worry Darling, and showed his dramatic side in My Policeman, next up Styles should once again reunite with Nolan.

Robert Pattinson
Robert Pattinson worked with Christopher Nolan just once on the science fiction action thriller Tenet. However, the two have the potential to create a very interesting ongoing partnership if they teamed up once again on Nolan’s next film. Pattinson has repeatedly showcased himself in recent years as an actor willing to take chances and explore challenging roles, such as the Safdie Brothers’ Good Time, Robert Eggers’ The Lighthouse, and Matt Reeves’ The Batman.
