Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day is an anime series that follows a group of childhood friends who have grown apart since their friend Menma's death. The story centers around Jinta Yadomi, the protagonist, who begins to see Menma's ghost. Menma reveals to him that she cannot move on to the afterlife until her wish is fulfilled. In order to grant Menma's wish, Jinta reunites with his childhood friends and confronts his own emotions towards her.
In the end, Jinta experiences the loss of Menma as she is finally able to fulfill her wish and find peace in the afterlife. In a heart-wrenching moment, Menma appears before Jinta one last time to bid farewell. She expresses her love for him but acknowledges the necessity of her departure, vanishing into the heavens. Jinta is left with a mix of emotions, feeling both sorrowful and relieved that Menma has finally attained tranquility.
2 I Want To Eat Your Pancreas
The story follows Haruki Shiga, who discovers his classmate Sakura Yamauchi's diary in a hospital waiting room.
