Bikkuri-men announces voice cast member for Super Devil

In episode 10 of Bikkuri-men, the Super Devil made their debut, with the anime's official website revealing that Junichi Suwabe would be voicing the character. Suwabe is known for his previous work voicing characters such as Yami Sukehiro in Black Clover, Ryomen Sukuna in Jujutsu Kaisen, Shoei Barou in Blue Lock, Daiki Aomine in Kuroko's Basketball, and Shota Aizawa from My Hero Academia.

Once a leader of the demon army under the Black Commandment, the character lost his body after Maria's ousting during the civil war. He was later resurrected in the present day by Maris and Peter for a specific purpose.

Even Junichi Suwabe expressed his excitement for playing such a character, hoping to do justice to Super Devil and his world.

What is Bikkuri-men anime about?

Bikkuri-men is a unique anime created to showcase Lotte's Bikkuriman line of wafer snacks. The characters that are highlighted in the series are the same ones that are found on the collectible stickers that come with the snacks.

The narrative unfolds in a world where Bikkuri-Man stickers hold immense value, to the extent that they are transported in armored cash trucks. Furthermore, a year prior to the events in the story, a notorious robbery, known as the "300 million Bikkuri-Man sticker case," had taken place.

The story centers around Yamato, a high school student who works part-time as a delivery person. He finds himself caught in a sticker battle between two rival convenience stores - The Angel Mart, owned by the Phoenix store manager and known for its popular glitter stickers, and The Devil Store, which is attempting to allure Bikkuri-Man fans. This conflict divides former allies into friends and foes.

As a passionate fan of both Black Clover and Bikkuri-Men, I am thrilled to see the voice actor of Yami Sukehiro, Junichi Suwabe, join the cast of the Bikkuri-Men anime. Suwabe's portrayal of Yami Sukehiro in Black Clover was exceptional, and I have no doubt that he will bring the same level of talent and charisma to the role of Super Devil in Bikkuri-Men. The Super Devil is a complex and intriguing character, and I am excited to see how Suwabe interprets him.
