WNBA player Cameron Brink admires tennis player Coco Gauff.
Brink, who is 22 years old, recently spoke to ESPN about her pregame tunnel outfit before the Los Angeles Sparks vs. Indiana Fever game on Tuesday, May 28. She mentioned that Gauff, who is 20 years old, inspired her look.
"I'm rocking my cute New Balance tennis outfit," she said, referring to her cropped collared top and pleated white miniskirt. "I want to channel my inner Coco," she exclaimed. Brink completed the look with white New Balance 650 sneakers, "retro socks," scrunched around her ankles, a claw clip, and a leather tote.
On Thursday, Gauff, who is sponsored by New Balance and has her own collection with the brand, came across the viral clip and expressed her admiration in the comments section. "I adore her!" she commented. She also shared the social media post on her Instagram story with a heartwarming message: "Your pregame outfits always look amazing."
“Adore you ,” Brink replied.

Brink, who plays as a forward, helped the Sparks defeat the Indiana Fever in a final score of 88-82.
Brink has shown off her stylish outfits before games on multiple occasions. Just recently, she rocked a leather top and matching cargo miniskirt. To complete her outfit, she added a cropped black long sleeve top and a silver heart necklace.
When she's not in her athletic attire, Brink turns heads on the red carpet with her glamorous looks. At the 2024 WNBA Draft in April, she wowed in a black and white Balmain gown. The gown featured a striking one-shoulder neckline with floral embellishments, a daring cutout over her waist, and a thigh-high slit. She accessorized with delicate jewelry from Melissa Kaye, strappy heels, and a white leather purse.
For her glamorous look, Brink wore a full face of makeup, featuring a warm contour, rosy cheeks, shimmery eyeshadow, winged eyeliner, filled-in eyebrows, and glossy lips. Her blonde hair was parted in the middle and styled in soft curls.
On that special night, she was chosen as the second overall pick and drafted by the Sparks. Tears welled up in her eyes as she graciously accepted the offer.
The Sparks are set to play the Chicago Sky on Thursday, at 8 p.m. EST.
