No Batman is not in Aquaman 2. Which is a departure from recent movies in the DC’s extended universe.

The Flash kickstarted the trend, with Michael Keaton's Batman taking center stage as he first battles The Flash and then joins forces with him. Adam West's Batman makes a surprising cameo later in the film, and George Clooney's version of Bruce Wayne makes an appearance at the movie's conclusion. Keaton's Batman was set to make a cameo in the Batgirl movie for MAX, but the project was scrapped by Warner Bros. for tax reasons.

Did Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck shoot scenes for The Lost Kingdom?

However, with the recent cameo of Aquaman in The Flash, it wouldn't have been unexpected to see one of the Batmen make an appearance in Lost Kingdom. Apparently, that didn't happen, despite the fact that multiple scenes were actually filmed for the movie.

The Hollywood Reporter stated that both Michael Keaton and Ben Affleck filmed scenes for Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. Keaton's Batman was described as similar to Nick Fury, while Affleck joined for reshoots as Bruce Wayne to replace a scene previously shot by Keaton when the release dates changed and the film was pushed back.

James Wan revealed that the scene was ultimately cut because of uncertainty about the release order of Aquaman and The Flash. He also emphasized that Aquaman is not connected to any other films. For additional information about Aquaman 2, click here, or explore the related articles below.

Editor's P/S

As a Gen Z fan, I am thrilled about the release of Aquaman 2 and eager to see Jason Momoa reprise his role as the titular superhero. The first Aquaman movie was a huge success, and I have high hopes for the sequel. I am particularly excited about the possibility of a Batman cameo. Batman is one of my favorite superheroes, and I think it would be awesome to see him interact with Aquaman.

However, I am disappointed to learn that Batman will not be appearing in Aquaman 2. I understand that there were scheduling conflicts and other factors that prevented it from happening, but I still can't help but feel a little let down. I was really looking forward to seeing Batman and Aquaman team up on the big screen. Despite this, I am still excited to see Aquaman 2 and I am confident that it will be a great movie.
