Jo Wenberg, a new addition to Vanderpump Rules, revealed more details about her breakup with Tom Schwartz. She shared that she spent "months" in bed after the split.

On Wednesday, May 15, the fan account CameoBravo uploaded a video of Jo, 35, addressing questions about her time on the show and her past relationship with Schwartz, 41.

"You'll see a lot of truth coming out on the Vanderpump Rules reunion," Jo shared. She revealed, "Yes, Schwartz and I were boyfriend and girlfriend, even though he kept it a secret. I was unsure how to handle it. During my interviews, I sat a certain way because that's just who I am - and yes, I wore a hat."

During the reunion, Jo mentioned how she tripped and fell hard on the floor while taking her seat. She also expressed feeling like her truth wasn't fully heard when she reunited with the cast at the Bravo special.

Ally and I never got the opportunity to share our side of the story, but who knows, maybe I will do it on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. Stay tuned.

Jo mentioned that Schwartz has been trying to reach out to her ever since their breakup.

After the breakup, I, as a woman, chose to embrace my emotions and spend months in bed before returning to work. Just to clarify, I do have a job outside of the show," she shared. Tom has moved on with someone else, and we are not on speaking terms. Despite his texts, I refrain from responding out of respect for his new girlfriend.

It is uncertain when the Cameo video was recorded. Cameo is an online platform where fans can request personalized video messages from celebrities for a fee ranging from $1 to $15,000.

Jo surprised her fans with her latest revelation, considering she had previously mentioned that Schwartz had blocked her. In a recent Instagram Live session hosted by Jo, she shared alleged messages from Schwartz that suggested there was a significant disagreement between them.

One of the messages Jo read from her phone stated, "Please don’t mention me or my girlfriend anymore. Why would you waste another second of your life chasing someone who doesn’t want to be with you," allegedly from Schwartz.

Schwartz allegedly told Jo he wasn’t trying to manipulate her, but he asked her to let him go. He added, “I am respectfully blocking you so that whatever you say will not affect me.”

Initially, Schwartz began dating Jo shortly after his divorce from Katie Maloney. They were seen together more frequently on the show after confirming their relationship at the season 10 reunion.

Schwartz and Jo individually discussed what led to their split as Bravo viewers watched their dynamic unfold. Schwartz faced criticism for appearing to string Jo along without any real intention of dating her.

During an interview on WWHL in February, Schwartz acknowledged that there may have been some mixed signals between them. He described their relationship as a "lightning in a bottle" situation that was not sustainable due to his mental state. Schwartz admitted that he may not have been ready for a conventional relationship.

Schwartz laughed about how he probably should have been in a mental institution instead of looking for a girlfriend. He mentioned, "I was going through a really strange time that I've never experienced before in my life. Okay, I'll stop talking now."

On the other hand, Jo mentioned that a lack of trust caused problems in their relationship.

Jo, who ended her relationship with Schwartz on screen, expressed that trust was probably missing in their relationship. However, she acknowledged that it is not her place to determine who he should be with. Instead, she emphasized the importance of moving on and focusing on her own personal growth. During an episode of the “Rachel Goes Rogue” podcast in April, Jo reflected on the happiness she experienced with Schwartz, expressing gratitude for the laughter they shared.

In the same month, Jo shared her thoughts on Schwartz moving on with Sophia Skoro. She mentioned meeting Sophia and described her as sweet and great. Although Jo believes Schwartz may be her other half, she expressed that it will take time to see if they are meant to be together in the future. Jo remains uncertain about the possibility of rekindling their relationship but is open to it.
