The company is offering a $2,500 reward for watching 25 Christmas movies in 25 days, but there's a major catch. However, for many of us, Christmas movies are a beloved tradition that marks the holiday season. There's nothing quite like snuggling up with a cup of hot cocoa and enjoying our favorite festive films.
What if you were offered $2,500 to do this? That's exactly what a company is offering. CableTV is seeking a "Chief of Cheer" and in addition to the generous payment, the chosen individual will receive a one-year subscription to multiple streaming services.
We love our holiday tradition of digging into our old VHS tapes (or, let's face it, browsing the 'holiday' section of our go-to streaming platforms) and enjoying timeless seasonal films.
And if you share our passion, we have exciting news for you: you can earn $2,500 simply by continuing this festive tradition, according to their website.
What’s the catch to $25,000 Christmas movie prize?

Applicants must be 18 years or older and can apply for the position through the company's online application form. The company will only be hiring one person for the task, rather than multiple Christmas movie fans.
If successful, you’ll be asked to watch a ton of holiday classics, including:
Klaus
Last Christmas
Mickey’s Christmas Carol
Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas
Miracle on 34th Street
Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas
Bridget Jones’s Diary
Die Hard
Elf
Frosty the Snowman
If you’re interested in applying, we’d recommend that you do so sooner rather than later, as the application process closes on December 1st.

As a Gen Z fan, I am very excited about the opportunity to earn $2,500 by watching 25 Christmas movies in 25 days. I love Christmas movies and I would be happy to watch them all in a row. I think it would be a fun and festive way to spend the holiday season.
I also think it's great that the company is offering a one-year subscription to multiple streaming services as part of the prize. This would be a great way to catch up on all the latest Christmas movies and TV shows. I would definitely apply for this position and I hope I get chosen!
