Highlights
V-Color has launched new DDR5 R-DIMM modules that run at 6800MHz and offer octo-channel support for workstations.
The modules are offered in three configurations: 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB, with the 16GB modules reaching a maximum speed of 6800MHz. Although they are not the fastest RAM modules available, V-Color also provides RAM modules that are clocked at 8200MHz.
V-Color, a well-known memory manufacturer, has introduced new DDR5 R-DIMM modules that operate at an impressive speed of 6800MHz. These modules are specifically designed to support octo-channel configurations for workstations. Available in three different configurations - 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB - the 16GB modules can achieve a maximum speed of 6800MHz. However, it is worth mentioning that these modules are not the fastest in the market. V-Color, along with other manufacturers, also offers RAM modules clocked at a higher speed of 8200MHz with the possibility of overclocking them even further.
Established in 2006, V-Color, a Taiwan-based company, has been consistently producing high-performance memory products. Earlier this year in April, the company released its Manta XPrism RGB Extreme OC Memory series, which boasts an impressive clock speed ranging from 7200MHz to 8200MHz. Joining the ranks of G.Skill and TeamGroup, V-Color's 48GB DDR5 kit (24GBx2) also operates at the same high speed of 8200MHz. It is worth noting that DDR5 memory has the capability to support significantly higher bandwidth of up to 8400MHz, surpassing DDR4's theoretical maximum of 3600MHz.

v-Color XPrism 7200Mhz DDR5 32GB (CL36)
The v-Color XPrism 7200Mhz DDR5 32GB memory boasts a sleek design and impressive specifications. With a tight CL 36 CAS latency and an exceptional XMP profile, it allows for clock speeds of up to 7200Mhz, or even higher in certain circumstances. Available for $170 on both Amazon and Newegg.
The V-Color Overclocked DDR5-6800MHz R-DIMM is available in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB sizes. It is specifically designed to be compatible with unlocked Intel Xeon W-2400X and W-3400X series processors, which are based on Intel's W790 chipset. These memory modules require quad-channel or octo-channel memory support on the motherboard. They are also compatible with XMP 3.0, ensuring optimal speed and stability.
During testing with an ASUS Pro WS W790E-SAGE SE motherboard and an Intel Xeon W9-3495X processor, V-Color found that the 16GB module achieved speeds of 6800MHz in a 128GB (8x16GB) configuration. The 32GB module reached up to 6400MHz in a 256GB (8x32GB) configuration. The 64GB module, when used in a 4x64GB configuration, achieved speeds of 6000MHz.
