Undeterred, he continued to toil daily, striving to earn a living and fulfill his aspiration of reaching Mithrill-class status. Then one fateful day, during his exploration of the Moon’s reflection Labyrinth, he stumbled upon a new tunnel and resolved to investigate.
Rentt had hoped to find a weapon, rare artifacts, or even treasure, but instead he encountered a colossal dragon that devoured him completely. When he regained consciousness, he realized he had become an undead skeleton. In this state, Rentt was in danger of being destroyed by a priest with purification magic, as an undead being violates divine providence. While exploring the Labyrinth, Rentt encountered a skeleton and absorbed its spirit energy after destroying it.
He effortlessly vanquished the skeletons and slimes in his way for a full 24 hours, and finally transformed into a ghoul. Rentt understood that with continued effort, he could ascend to an even higher undead rank as a vampire, allowing him to seamlessly integrate with humans.

The title of The Unwanted Undead Adventurer Episode 2 is Kakedashi to Beteran (Japanese: 駆け出しとベテラン), which can be roughly translated to Starters and Veteran.
