Momoshiki and Kinshiki Otsutsuki came to Earth to investigate Kaguya's whereabouts and decided to consume the chakra on Earth to gain more power. As a result, they became the main adversaries in the Boruto series, alongside those who desired to restore the Clan to its former glory.
In Naruto x Boruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm Connections, new members of the Otsutsuki Clan will join Kaguya, Momoshiki, and Kinshiki.
