Unveiling the Truth: The Highly Anticipated Masamune-Kun No Revenge Season 3 - Find Out Now!

Unlikely to happen due to lack of source material, Masamune-Kun No Revenge season 3 remains uncertain Fans eagerly await the continuation of Makabe Masamune's journey to seek revenge on Aki Adagaki, the Cruel Princess

Following the finale of the second season, where Makabe Masamune reunites with Aki Adagaki, the "Cruel Princess," Masamune-Kun no Revenge season 3 has sparked a fervent discussion. However, the lack of information from the animation studio regarding a renewal has left fans uncertain about the series' future. Unfortunately, it seems that the latest season has covered the entire main story of the Masamune-Kun no Revenge manga, dampening the prospects of a season 3. Nevertheless, there remains a slim possibility that the series could make a comeback, albeit with a different storyline.

Masamune-Kun no Revenge season 3 is highly anticipated, but unlikely to happen due to a key reason. The latest sequel, Masamune-Kun no Revenge R, has already covered the entire main story of the manga. The final episode, released on September 18, 2023, concluded the main narrative by covering chapter 50.

The Masamune-Kun no Revenge manga series by Takeoka Hazuki consists of 12 volumes. The first 10 volumes cover the main story, while the remaining volumes focus on the afterstories of the characters. Since the latest sequel has already adapted up to volume 10, it's unlikely that Masamune-Kun no Revenge season 3 will be released, as only the after stories are left to be covered.

In addition, these stories are not connected and lack cohesion. Therefore, it would not be ideal for Silver Link Studio to create Masamune-Kun no Revenge season 3 solely based on the after stories. However, there is still a possibility for the series to be renewed if the studio decides to adapt the sequel manga series, titled Masamune-Kun no Revenge: Engagement.

The plot of this sequel manga series takes place one year after Masamune and Aki start dating. Masamune-Kun no Revenge: Engagement follows the couple as they navigate a long-distance relationship due to Aki attending university in Sapporo.

Unfortunately, the current lack of popularity makes it unlikely for this sequel to be adapted into an anime. However, if the manga sells well, there is a chance that it could serve as the foundation for season 3 of Masamune-Kun no Revenge.

There is no denying that Masamune-Kun no Revenge has received an immense amount of support from fans, particularly with the release of its sequel series. As reported by MyAnimeList, the most recent installment has received a respectable rating of 7.28 out of 10.

Considering the series' significant popularity, there remains a slim chance for the release of Masamune-Kun no Revenge season. However, if it were to happen, it would either encompass a completely original anime story or be inspired by the after stories or the sequel manga.

The ending of Masamune-Kun no Revenge season 2

The conclusion of the most recent season of Masamune-Kun no Revenge brought delight to fans of Makabe and Aki's relationship, as he ultimately picked Aki over Yoshino. Makabe came to the realization that his connection with Yoshino was purely that of a mentor and not romantic, while his heart held deep affection for Aki Adagaki.

He ultimately turned down Yoshino in the end and waited for the right moment to confess his true emotions to Aki Adagaki. Aki, known as the "Cruel Princess," reciprocated Makabe's feelings and the two of them shared a passionate kiss at school.
