Unveiling the Sweetest Collaboration: Nintendo and Oreo Introduce Exquisite Princess Peach Cookies

As a result of the success of the previous Pokemon-themed Oreos, a collaboration has been created, featuring special-edition Mario-themed Oreos. Notably, Princess Peach was not initially included in the Mario-themed Oreo line-up, but now she will have her own line of special edition cookies that can be obtained through a contest.

Nintendo and Oreo have joined forces once more to create a batch of cookies inspired by Princess Peach from the Super Mario series. This isn't the first time the worlds of gaming and cookies have collided, as seen with the limited edition Pokemon Oreos that were released in 2021. Unfortunately, like many Pokemon collectibles, scalpers took advantage of the rarity of certain Oreo designs and sold them at exorbitant prices online.

Following the success of the Pokemon collaboration, Nintendo announced a new partnership with Oreo earlier this year. This time, they aimed to pay tribute to another one of their blockbuster franchises: Super Mario. As of last month, fans had the opportunity to purchase special-edition Mario-themed Oreos featuring beloved characters like Luigi, Bowser, Toad, Yoshi, and Mario himself. However, there was one noticeable absence from this lineup. The marketing for the interactive Nintendo/Oreo promotion claimed that Princess Peach had once again been kidnapped by the villainous Bowser.

At least until the latest announcement from Nintendo and Oreo, it has been revealed that Princess Peach, the pink-clad ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom, will be receiving her own line of special edition cookies. In the Princess Peach x OREOiD Pack, which will be offered as a prize to 5,000 lucky fans as part of a new contest, fans will find four unique Oreo cookies dipped in white fudge and covered in brightly colored sprinkles. These cookies are adorned with designs of Princess Peach, her iconic Mushroom Castle, and her crown. As of now, there is no information available regarding the starting date of this contest.

Princess Peach, a beloved character in the Mario franchise, is often seen alongside Mario in his adventures to save the Mushroom Kingdom. Fans of Peach have been thrilled in recent years, as she is not only set to star in her own spin-off game, but also make appearances in Super Mario Bros. Wonder and the upcoming remake of Super Mario RPG.

Unfortunately, Princess Peach was unable to participate in Nintendo's previous Oreo promotion as she was kidnapped by Bowser. However, she is making up for it now with a special limited-edition line of decorated cookies. As of writing this, the contest for these unique Princess Peach cookies has not yet begun. Nintendo fans who are eager to taste them should keep a lookout for a chance to win them.
