The relationship between Choso and Yuji Itadori in the Jujutsu Kaisen series
In the Jujutsu Kaisen anime, Yuji and Choso engage in a tense confrontation, as depicted by Studio MAPPA. Choso caught a glimpse of Yuji dining with him and his fellow siblings from the Cursed Womb: Death Painting clan. Although the exact reasons remain undisclosed in the series, various conjectures exist to shed light on this enigmatic encounter.
One theory posits that Choso's visions stem from Yuji's unique ability to merge his consciousness and physical form with Sukuna. It is possible that Sukuna, for either amusement or ulterior motives, influenced Choso's mind to perceive Yuji as a sibling.
Alternatively, another theory suggests that Choso's visions were activated through his expertise in blood manipulation. This technique enables him to perceive the blood of his siblings. Upon encountering Yuji's blood, Choso may have experienced a sense of familiarity and connection.

These visions shed light on the connection Choso had with Yuji, although the exact reasons for his memories of Yuji still remain unclear. Additionally, the manga of Jujutsu Kaisen provides some insight into the link between the two characters. Furthermore, it is revealed that Kenjaku, the infamous jujutsu sorcerer, has taken possession of Noritoshi Kamo's body, who happens to be the leader of the Kamo Family.
Disguised as Noritoshi Kamo, Kenjaku carried out a series of heinous acts, including conducting experiments on an innocent woman and subjecting her to the ordeal of enduring nine pregnancies. As a result, the cursed womb: Death Paintings, a Special Grade cursed object, was brought into existence. In light of this, Kenjaku is regarded as one of the progenitors of these Death Paintings.

Years later, Kenjaku once again employed his techniques to possess another individual. This time around, the unfortunate target was Kaori Itadori, the mother of Yuji Itadori. Masquerading as Kaori, Kenjaku orchestrated Yuji's birth, but with a hidden agenda.
While the motives of Kenjaku are not explicitly revealed in the Jujutsu Kaisen manga, speculation suggests that he strategically manipulated Kaori in order to bring Yuji into existence. This gives rise to the theory that Kenjaku intended for Yuji to serve as a vessel, either for himself or for the infamous curse, Ryomen Sukuna. It is possible that Yuji's unique ability to coexist with Sukuna within him is a direct outcome of this malicious plan, making him an unwitting host for a legendary curse.

Two significant events, namely the production of Death Paintings and the emergence of Yuji, unveil the connection between Kenjaku, Yuji Itadori, and Choso. Initially oblivious to their familial ties, Choso starts suspecting that Yuji might be his brother, an integral part of the Death Paintings.
Choso's strong bond with Yuji Itadori might be attributed to their shared parentage. It is possible that Choso's mind created a fictional recollection of Yuji as one of his siblings from the Death Paintings, either to perceive him as a brother or to rationalize the unfamiliar emotions he experienced.
Nevertheless, this matter is subjective and can be interpreted in different ways. The manga has yet to disclose the truth behind Choso's recollections of Yuji, leaving fans anxiously anticipating the revelation.
