Fred, a linebacker for the San Francisco 49ers, proposed in May 2021 and the couple married one year later in June 2022. Their wedding was attended by several of her friends from the Bachelor Nation.
"I can't put into words how amazing June 25th was. The love and support in the air was overwhelming," Sydney shared on Instagram a month later. "I am still amazed that I get to be married to this incredible man and love him for the rest of our lives. We will treasure these photos and memories forever."

A month after June 25th, Sydney posted on Instagram, "I cannot find the right words to capture the magic of that day. The love and support that surrounded us was overwhelming. I am still amazed that I am married to this amazing man and will love him for the rest of our lives. These photos and memories will be cherished forever."
