The cast members of Ted Lasso, including Jason Sudeikis and Brett Goldstein, embody dedicated individuals whose main goals, both on and off the field, involve succeeding in various aspects of their lives. Notably, these actors have also experienced love in their personal lives. During his acceptance speech for the Emmy's Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy award, Goldstein took a moment to acknowledge his girlfriend, Beth Rylance.
"I was explicitly instructed not to use profanity, so this speech will be incredibly brief," stated the British individual in September 2021. "I extend my gratitude to Warners, Apple, and the entire team."
He further remarked, "I feel nauseous by the exceptional talent of my fellow nominees and our incredible cast. To my teammates and all my dedicated crew, I am in awe of your abilities. And to my beloved family members - my mother, father, Tara, Matt, Zebby, and Bo and Beth - I love you dearly."
After her boyfriend's victory, the comedian expressed her excitement on social media.
"I'm on the verge of tears, but I don't think I have any tears left to shed," she shared on Instagram. Before Goldstein delivered his acceptance speech, she tweeted, "Today's the day my boyfriend attends the Emmy's as a nominee for Best Supporting Actor, while I'm at home doing my second round of laundry."
Rylance acknowledged Goldstein's win once more in a tweet, stating, "Just received a text from my godmother congratulating my boyfriend on his Grammy award, and this is why I adore her."
In the meantime, Sudeikis, an executive producer and actor, was previously married to Kay Cannon from 2004 to 2010. A year later, the star of "We're the Millers" began dating Olivia Wilde. The couple became engaged in 2013 and ended their engagement in 2020.
In July 2021, Sudeikis, who has a son named Otis and a daughter named Daisy with Wilde, pondered over their separation following a seven-year engagement. "I anticipate gaining a deeper comprehension of the reasons behind it within a year," he revealed to GQ magazine. "And with time, it will transition from being a significant part of my life to becoming a mere chapter, then a paragraph, a line, a word, and eventually a mere doodle."
He stated, "It's an experience that offers a chance to either learn from it or make excuses. It's important to take responsibility for our actions, hold ourselves accountable, and seek to gain insights beyond the surface. ... In my opinion, when faced with rock bottom, however one may define it, we can either break or rise like a superhero. Personally, I have chosen to rise like an Avenger."

Jason Sudeikis, Brett Goldstein, and other actors from the Ted Lasso series on Apple TV+ portray fictional characters who are determined to achieve both success on the field and in their personal lives. Meanwhile, the real-life individuals behind these characters have also experienced love and romance throughout the years.
During his acceptance speech for the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy award at the Emmys, Goldstein expressed his gratitude to his girlfriend, Beth Rylance, giving her a special mention.
In September 2021, the British actor humorously acknowledged the restrictions on swearing, saying, "I was explicitly informed that I cannot use any profanity, so this speech will be brief." He went on to thank Warner Bros., Apple, and the entire team.
He exclaimed, "I feel disgusted by the immense talent of my fellow nominees and our outstanding team. I must express my heartfelt love and gratitude to my mother, father, Tara, Matt, Zebby, Bo, and Beth." After her partner's triumph, the comedian ecstatically shared her admiration on social media.
"I desire to cry intensely, but I don't believe I can afford to shed any more tears," she expressed on Instagram. Before Goldstein's acceptance speech, she posted on Twitter, "Today is the day my boyfriend attends the Emmy's as a nominee for Best Supporting Actor while I am at home doing my second load of laundry."
Rylance brought up Goldstein's victory again in a tweet, stating, "My godmother just texted [sic] me to convey her congratulations on my boyfriend winning a Grammy award, and this is why I adore her."
Meanwhile, Sudeikis, an executive producer and actor, was previously married to Kay Cannon from 2004 to 2010. In 2011, he began dating Olivia Wilde, his co-star in the film "We're the Millers." The couple got engaged in 2013 but ended their engagement in 2020.

Eventually, it will transform from being a detailed account of my life to merely a chapter, then a paragraph, a single line, and finally, just a mere word or a doodle."
Additionally, he emphasized, "This is an experience that allows you to either learn from it or make excuses. Take responsibility for your actions, hold yourself accountable, but also strive to glean insights beyond the obvious. ... If you ever have the chance to hit rock bottom, whatever that may mean to you, you can either shatter like fragile bones or emerge triumphant like an Avenger. Personally, I have chosen to land like an Avenger."
