Chloe Troast, the newest addition to the cast of Saturday Night Live, has been confirmed by the NBC sketch show on October 4. The upcoming 49th season will also feature beloved cast members Chloe Fineman, Bowen Yang, and Kenan Thompson.

Troast is scheduled to make her first appearance on SNL when the show returns on October 14th. The season premiere will be hosted by Pete Davidson, who departed the show in 2022 after being a part of it for eight seasons. Joining them as the musical guest will be Ice Spice, also hailing from New York City.

Although she is new to Studio 8H, Troast is well-known in the comedy scene of the city. Just this year, she showcased her talent at the Canadian comedy festival Just for Laughs and was recognized as one of their up-and-coming comedians, known as the New Faces of Comedy.
