To reach Sinclair's, players should follow the path past the Chunks building on the left, then descend the stairs to the right of the city's Sanctum Universum.

Upon their arrival at the store, players should seek out Ahnjong Sinclair, who will be easily identifiable either sitting out front or standing around in the vicinity. By engaging in conversation with her and expressing interest in her merchandise, players will gain access to The Ancient Civilization of Egypt.
