Players of Disney Dreamlight Valley can now access the Wonder of Pixar Star Path, but the question remains whether the cost of the premium path justifies the rewards. The Wonder of Pixar Star Path, like all others, offers six pages of rewards, some accessible to all players, while others require spending 2,500 Moonstones, the game's premium currency, to unlock the premium path. The Star Path offers a total of 42 rewards, out of which 24 are exclusively for premium path users.

To gain access to the rewards, players must complete Star Path Duties, special tasks that award players with event currency. The completion of these duties for The Wonder of Pixar rewards players with Pixar Balls, which can be used to unlock any of the 42 Star Path rewards.

The Wonder of Pixar Star Path Rewards Breakdown

The Star Path offers a variety of rewards that can be grouped into different categories such as Moonstones, Motifs, Hairstyles, Makeup, Clothes, Furniture, Companions, and Dreamlight Styles which are essentially character skins. Players can benefit from getting 6 Moonstone Bundles, which include four premium and two free bundles, 16 Motifs consisting of seven premium and nine free options, three Hairstyles, two of which are premium and one is free, two Makeup Styles, one premium and one free, four Clothes, with three being premium and one free, eight Furniture items, six premium and two free, one Companion which is premium, and one Dream Style which is free.

By opting to stick with the Free Star Path, players will be losing out on a whole lot of rewards. Among the things they will miss out on include seven Motifs, two Hairstyles, one Makeup Style, three Clothing pieces, six Furniture pieces, the Fiery Raven Companion, and a whopping 1,410 Moonstones.

Are The Wonder of Pixar Star Path Rewards Worth 2,500 Moonstones?

It may seem overwhelming to miss out on all the benefits that come with the Premium Star Path, but it's important to consider the cost. Activating the Premium Star Path requires a hefty 2,500 Moonstones, which is equivalent to a $9.99 USD purchase of 2500 Moonstones in Dreamlight Valley. Therefore, the value of the Premium Star Path depends on whether players intend to complete all the tasks or not.

By completing all duties and purchasing all six Moonstone bundles from the Star Path, players can earn back a total of 1910 Moonstones, which brings down the actual cost of the Star Path to only 590 Moonstones. Additionally, players can spend an extra 800 Moonstones to get 100 Pixar Balls, which can be sold back for 1000 Moonstones at the end of the event. Essentially, players can obtain all the rewards of The Wonder of Pixar Star Path for just 390 Moonstones if they put in the effort. However, if the rewards don't interest them, they can still claim the free rewards, including 500 Moonstones, and save their Moonstones for the next path.
