Collecting flowers is essential in Disney Dreamlight Valley as they play multiple roles in progressing through the game. Occasionally, players must obtain specific flowers as quest items. In other instances, they can be gifted to villagers to boost friendship levels. However, flowers are not only useful in these ways. Some recipes in the game require flowers as essential ingredients.
One such flower is the rare Blue Marsh Milkweed, which belongs to the Milkweed family. Players must obtain this flower to craft various items in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Here's how and where players can acquire the Blue Marsh Milkweed flower, as well as its uses in the game.
Blue Marsh Milkweed Location
Native to the Glade of Trust biome, Milkweed flowers can be unlocked using 5000 Dreamlight. As a result, beginners may not have access to these flowers in the early stages of the game.
The Glade of Trust biome is the exclusive habitat for Milkweed flowers. Upon reaching this biome, players will discover that it is not only the blue variant that flourishes there. In addition to the blue Milkweed flowers, there are also other color variations available, including White Marsh Milkweed.
The Blue Marsh Milkweed can be quite difficult to find, particularly in its blue variant. These elusive plants only grow in the western region of Glade of Trust, which is initially blocked by large mushrooms. To gain access to the area, players must complete Merlin’s quests.
Once the obstacles are overcome, players should explore the Glade of Trust. While it is not guaranteed that a large number of Blue Marsh Milkweed flowers will be present, players should be able to find at least one. If no blue flowers are immediately visible, it is suggested to collect other flowers and patiently wait, as more Blue Marsh Milkweed may appear over time. In total, players will come across three Blue Marsh Milkweeds in this biome, and picking them will cause more flowers to spawn.
How to Use Blue Marsh Milkweed
The Blue Marsh Milkweed is available for purchase at Goofy's Stall for 48 Star Coins. Additionally, it can be utilized for crafting various materials such as Flower Boxes, Blue and Silver Balloon Clusters, and Blue and Silver Balloon Arches.
Disney Dreamlight Valley can now be played on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
