The secret cave can be found in Chapter 5 Season 1 of Fortnite along the eastern coast of the island, at the foot of a mountain that is southeast of Grand Glacier. In it, you'll find several loot chests tucked away as you trek deeper into the cave's structure. In total, you'll find approximately eight chests--this may be subject to change based on how loot spawns somewhat differently in each round, as well as floor loot. Below we've marked where you can find the loot cave on the map.

This loot cave is conveniently located near some of the game's best loot drops, such as three loot chests, a safe, and multiple barrels of Chug Splash and Slurp Splash at the lip of the tallest mountain. Just down the zipline, there is a campsite with the game's only NPC who can ping enemies for you when you hire him. Additionally, just down the slope from the NPC is a small shack that surprisingly contains 11 Chug Splash barrels and a chest.

We have also labeled these drops on the map, so you can easily find the mountainside safe (1), campsite (2), and Chug Splash shed (3) before or after visiting the secret cave in Fortnite.

The loot cave is encircled, while other significant loot locations nearby are numbered. Landing near the loot cave is not only the start of an exciting secret to uncover in Fortnite, but it's also one of the game's prime landing spots overall. Just ensure that you allow yourself enough time to leave the cave, as the entrance is also the exit, and the storm often swiftly wipes out that area since it's on the map's edge.

However, I must be cautious about managing my time, as the entrance to the cave is also the exit, and the storm can quickly approach that area. Overall, I am excited about this new addition to Fortnite and eager to experience the thrill of discovering the secret cave and its treasures.
